AR Rahman has been the most successful musician for the past 20 years much like how Sachin Tendulkar has been in cricket. He is the Sachin Tendulkar of the music industry. With all his experience and maturity, AR Rahman also wants to venture into other aspects of filmmaking.
After winning the Oscars, the music legend has to look into other fields to extend his realms and boundaries. Although he has long wanted to do this, he is only now able to do this. AR Rahman becomes producer with his own Production house named as YM Movies.
He wants to produce a musical as his first film. He will not only produce Tamil movies but will also produce films in all the languages in India. The launch of this production house is likely to happen very soon.
